Returns

We really hope you love your new Pookie + Perkins products as much as we do, but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase we do accept returns. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for the payment of your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from this. 

Upon receipt, we aim to issue a refund within 14 days.
